HOW IT ALL STARTED

Nine years ago I decided to stop drinking alcohol — and start living a healthier lifestyle. But finding a healthy, non-alcoholic beverage that also tasted great was harder than I imagined. And I was getting tired of drinking seltzer water with lime.

Then I found kombucha. I started brewing this healthy drink at home, but my hobby quickly turned into an obsession. My wife Liz joined me in brewing, and we began to share our kombucha with others, and the feedback was great. That’s when we decided to create Cross Culture Kombucha.

We launched Cross Culture Kombucha with the vision of providing the non-drinkers and health-conscious a delicious drink that can be enjoyed at any time, especially socially with family and friends.

I invite you to raise a glass to something that will help you feel your best.

L’Chaim!  Salute! Cheers!

Ian

What is Kombucha?  Kombucha is a delicious bubbly fermented tea that has existed for many hundreds of years. It is raw, non-alcoholic and made by fermenting sweet tea with a live kombucha culture. The culture of bacteria and yeast (known as a SCOBY) that is critical in brewing kombucha, is what transforms sweet tea into a beverage with completely different properties, and not just in taste. After fermenting, the beverage contains loads of healthy organic acids, beneficial bacteria, vitamins, antioxidants and enzymes. These works together in an adaptogenic tonic that supports nutrition absorption, digestion, liver function and detoxification, joint health, immunity, pH balance, and overall well-being.

IT TASTES DELICIOUS & IS GOOD FOR YOU TOO.

  • DETOXIFICATION

Kombucha contains gluconic and glucuronic acids that bond with toxins, become water soluble, to be flushed out of the body. Antioxidants and amino acids found in kombucha also support detoxification.

  • DIGESTIVE HEALTH

Kombucha brings beneficial bacteria into the gut, and lowers the pH of the stomach. Nutrition absorption is supported with healthy acids and enzymes.

  • IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT

Better digestive function helps the body to better protect itself.

  • AS AN ALTERNATIVE

Swapping alcoholic beverages, sodas or other artificial or high-sugar drinks with kombucha is easy. It's bubbly and delicious. Kombucha as a celebratory drink is uplifting and satisfying, without a sugar high or a hangover.
