In this class, you will learn how to make dumplings from start to finish. From history, to filling prep, to folding, to steaming, to pan frying, Grumpy Dumpling will walk you through all the steps to make your own perfect dumplings, and have fun while doing it!

$65 per participant. 

Class includes: Instruction, one draft kombucha, 6 dumpling lunch (pork, chicken and vegetable), dessert dumplings (banana dark chocolate + salted Thai coconut cream), goodie bag, pre-order dumpling discount

Westport Farmers Market is open. We are there every Thursday. For the Winter Season, the market is inside greenhouses at Gilbertie's at 7 Sylvan Lane, from 10am to 2pm. The market runs through March 13th at this location.

Bonus! There will be Saturday markets in Westport, also. They will take place the FIRST SATURDAY each month.

Fairfield Farmers Market is on Sundays, from 10 am to 1 pm, at Penfield Pavilion.
