Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Accounts

  1. Minimum Order Quantity: Minimum order quantity is three cases or a keg. For first deliveries, payment is requested upfront or upon delivery of first order. 

  1. How to place orders:
    • You must be a registered user to access the wholesale catalog and place an order via our website.
    • If you have not yet registered please go to the website, click on "Wholesale” then "Sign up". Follow the prompts and submit your information.  You will be notified when the access is approved. 
    • The wholesale catalog includes flavors that are available and upon entering an order, you will receive a confirmation email from our system. 
    • A member of our team will confirm delivery day if you do not have set hours for accepting deliveries. 
    • If you are unable to submit your order online, please email team@crossculturekombucha.com or call us at 203-794-4773 to place your order. 

  1. Payment Methods: We will accept payment via check, bank transfer, cash, EFT, debit or credit card.  If paying via EFT, please email us remittance advice as proof of payment.

In circumstances when checks are returned due to insufficient funds, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.

  1. Net 30 Terms: You may also apply for credit terms with us by filling out an application form with at least three credit references. You may also get a credit application by request after a minimum transactions of $2,000.

  1. Late Payments: Past due invoices must be paid before additional product is delivered. A late fee of 2% will be applied to past due invoices that are not paid following reminders and requests for payments, and CCK may require upfront payment for future orders.

  1. Delivery and Delivery Window: We currently self-distribute our products. Wholesale orders placed by noon on Monday will be scheduled for delivery within the same week, by Friday. For deliveries within 

  1. Damages, Returns & Exchanges: Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and inform delivery driver of any issues. If driver has left, please call or email us at team@crossculturekombucha.com with details of any concerns. CCK does not accept returns, however, if there is a concern with the product, we will take all details into account and consider an exchange. 

  1. Order Pickup:  Wholesale customers may pick up orders Tues. through Sat. Coordinate with us about timing if it is outside of the hours of 10am to 2pm. 

  1. Exclusivity: Resellers of Cross Culture Kombucha do not have exclusivity for a territory or for any particular product. 

  1. Minimum Order Amount per Year: Wholesale pricing is intended for businesses that resell Cross Culture Kombucha or businesses that purchase in bulk for employee use.  Businesses that purchase less than $700 in product in a twelve month period will be reviewed and may not be eligible to order at wholesale prices the following year.
