Our Danbury taproom is CT’s first kombucha taproom & brewery, opened in Sept. 2018.
Walk-ins are welcome Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11-3. In Danbury, masks are required to be worn by those unvaccinated.
We have 8 flavors on tap at all times, with seasonal and limited edition special flavors rotating in. Flights are offered, and we have a wider variety of flavors available in the grab & go fridge. Take a peek into our ferment room through the large window! Outside seating is available when the weather is nice. We look forward to serving you.
Curbside Pickups are accommodated when the taproom is open, also. Just place your order online, pull up to our side door and text us (sign on door) for contactless pickup. If you would like to pick up at another time, reach out to us, as we can often accommodate additional weekday pickup times.

As a non-drinker (and kombucha lover) bored by the non-alcoholic options offered at most of our area businesses, founder Ian set out to change the NA menus in Fairfield County. His co-founder and wife Liz grew up in an entrepreneurial family and loves the work of growing a business. Together, they committed their time and energy into starting a kombucha brewing operation in a small shared access commercial kitchen, and finding ways to get a tiny brand out to the public. And step by step, the brand grew. In the spirit of authenticity (not given to our founder’s generation by the brands that dominated the shelves), the CCK team shares it’s triumphs (and pitfalls), and behind the scenes action that tells it’s growth story.
